justification 就算是法律用语,其生活中也是不少见的。
但至于可不可以替换reason,就要看上下文了。

又如:

而justification作为一种理由是相对更为广泛接受和理解的立场(所以才会有“正当”一说“)

增加收费是不合理的。这里换成reason也不妥,
当然,英语里经常出现为了避免重复替换单词的情形,所以如果场景允许,两者之间互换未为不可。不过要看你的使用语境,如果语境不对,替换就是负效果,不仅不能加分反而是扣分。反之,如果使用的场景合理,则不用担心。
